Paperless or "e-billing" is available to customers that choose to have their utility bill sent electronically rather than through regular mail. Please note, customers who register for e-billing will no longer receive a paper copy of their bill.
Please add the sending email address utilities@rdco.com to your email spam filter's approved list to ensure the bill reaches your inbox. A customer's failure to receive a utility bill shall not excuse their obligation to pay for service before it becomes delinquent. Please contact the Regional District office if you do not receive a bill.
By submitting this form, I hereby authorize the Regional District of Central Okanagan (referred to herein as "the RDCO") to deliver my utility bill to the above stated email address. By completing the email section of my registration, I am granting the RDCO permission to email me. I can revoke permission to send mail to my email address at any time by contacting the RDCO at utilities@rdco.com. This authorization will remain in effect until written notice of termination is given to the RDCO. In the event that my email address changes, I understand that I am responsible for notifying the RDCO within seven (7) days prior to my bill date. I also understand that I am responsible for any late fees that may be incurred due to a delivery failure of a bill.
